As a little helper (or “informant”, as she likes to call herself), Donna is responsible for helping Dr. Glass gather intel from classroom gossips and small talks among the students in order to reach hidden cases. But sometimes, Donna feels like a babsitter as well.
In Hong Kong, it’s very rare for a therapist or psychologist to station permanently in one school (at least for mainstream public schools). Usually, they have a handful of schools under their discretion, and would need to travel to different schools (sometimes within a day) to assess their cases. But in this story, Dr. Glass is in charge of the Paper House, and maybe some cases for private practice.
