In which Dr. Glass was trying to evade Donna’s interrogation. But Donna was too good at her detective skills, and had grown- probably from all the time  under Dr. Glass- very aware of things that happen in a clinical setting.

When I was in my first placement, which was in a non-government organisation, the cases were supposedly mostly non-acute. But it is still possible that cases relapse and fall to a dangerous episode during clinicians’ off-hours.
